Public Assistance
The SPCA of Livingston can provide food, leashes, collars, litter pans, and many other items to assist families who request assistance and are unable to obtain these items themselves due to either financial crisis or physical impairment.

Community Outreach
The SPCA of Livingston serves our community by providing and rehabilitation, pet adoptions, and (when possible) assistance with spay/neuter services. We also provide education programs in schools as requested.

PetSafe
This program addresses the link between violence to humans and violence to animals. The PetSafe program provides free temporary boarding and vaccinations to pets of families fleeing domestic violence and seeking a safe haven in a Livingston Parish Selter.

The SPCA of Livingston believes that where ever people are at risk...animals are also at risk. We currently work with the Women Outreaching Women shelter located in Denham Springs, LA

The SPCA of LIVINGSTON is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The mission of SPCA of Livingston is to raise awareness of the neglect of animals in southeastern Louisiana, to teach and foster good pet parenting practices as well as to promote spay and neuter programs to help alleviate the need to euthanize healthy and adoptable pets.
